The project: A bus will be converted into a rolling culture and educational centre to take alternative and complementary education to the areas around the Bolivian city El Alto.
Target group: Around 2000 children and teenagers in various districts of El Alto.
The partner: The culture and education centre COMPA – Comunidad de productores en artes, El Alto, Bolivia.
Project scope: A first phase of two years with total costs of 40,000 Euro, comprising of investment, upkeep, and labour costs in Bolivia.
