Özlem Kaveller was born in Istanbul and studied piano, clarinet and singing at the Istanbul Conservatory.
She lived for 8 years in Berlin, participating in various projects including her collaboration with Carlo Domeniconi, with whom she performed several concerts of his works.
Since 2004 she has lived in Istanbul, writing music for the theatre and giving concerts of her own compositions.
